friendly staff and good location. the bathroom had to be shared but everything was extremely clean.

I like the staff and the simplicity of the hotel. they were very friendly and professional in the sense that made you feel like home.

I didn’t like the fact that we needed to share a bathroom. although, the staff kept it spotless during the day. well done on that!

The staff were so helpful and friendly and everything was so clean. Loved our room on top floor and the views and light. I loved the location and the fact that you could leave your luggage there for the day after check out.

Location 5/10 minute walk to the centre, room very good with balcony, cleaned daily perfectly, bathroom clean and adequate

There are lots of stairs so not suitable for anyone where stairs are a concern to navigate

Absolutely amazing staff, location and super comfortable stay for great value!

Staff was super kind. Especially a lady called Mila, she was super helpful and kind. Very warm welcome. We were well taken care of. Location was amazing, very central close to everything. Balcony was a huge attribute. Housekeepers made sure everything was perfect and were very kind. Would recommend!

Disappointing

Clean towels with pleasant fragrance. Comfortable bed. Efficient heater available in the room. Central location.

Paper-thin walls: couldn't sleep the first two nights thanks to loud room neighbours arriving late at night, running in the corridor to the shared toiler, and talking until even later. Four-story old building with steep stairs: reception is on the second floor; get ready to exercise your lungs. No free parking available in the surroundings. And even so, it is very hard to get a spot. We had to leave the car at an underground park far from the place.

Amazing location!

Perfect place to stay once you want to wander around the city. Brilliant centric location. I really love the atmosphere. Very nice, welcoming and helpful staff working there. The room was ready when I arrived, cleaned every day. Very comfortable bed. Some rooms might be a bit loud inside, so if you’re vulnerable to the street sounds make sure that you have more quiet one. Or take the earplugs.

Perfect location, comfortable stay, helpful staff!

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. Safira is in a great position, you can easily walk into the historical city centre within 10-15 minutes, there are dozens of great places to eat just outside the hotel as well as along the main avenue towards the historic centre. We would definitely recommend Safira and stay here again!

Disappointing

The location is great, thats about it.

The signage to find the place is extremely small. Perhaps some how to info could be sent through prior. I.e next to this restaurant, look for this door. Room was very small, bathroom outside the room, small single bed. It is what is it though right. I found a better option was to stay further out from this area and taxi in.

A little gem...

Loved my stay at Safira. The staff were impecable. I loved the room. It was clean, spacious, looked new. Although I travel with my own towels and hair dryer, these necessary items like towels, blankets, toiletries were readily available. Quiet area, near a metro station.

It doesn't have a lift and winding stairs are quite narrow.

Great place for a short stay in Lisbon

Amazing staff who were very helpful and the room was clean and nicely decorated. The location was also very centric and walkable

There was no elevator and the reception is up a few flights of stairs. The shower was super small as well.

Location is great, stuff is very nice.

shower water some time is cold, some time is warm. The room(102) is very very very noisy at all time even in the late night and earlier morning from outside, hardly can go to sleep.

Very good

No noise at night, we had a wonderful rest. Very clean, friendly staff, good price. I will definitely recommend it and come back!

I suggest having a couple of chairs in the rooms and some hangers in the room and inside the bathrooms.

Perfect holiday in good hotel with helpful staff and beautiful city

I liked big and clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location perfect. All historical places in walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay.

Can’t complain I was on holiday had everything I need. Plus good weather 😊

A good place to stay

The hospitality of the hosts was really amazing. We felt welcome since day 1 until the end. The accommodation was small but good enough to spend few days in the city and live comfortably in it. Even though we did not have the breakfast included the hotel gave us always coffee bags and tea bags with a kettle.

The accommodation was a bit small and the absence of an elevator can be a minus for less moving people. In any case I think this is a very good choice for couples/families looking for cheap options that are good enough

great location

unfortunately you can hear every ant walking in the corridor but that might be the only real drawback of this place. The lady who met me on arrival was super hospitable and helpful however I could find nobody at reception desk when checking out, though I asked for a wake up call as I had to go to the airport early. Just keep that in mind.
