Location, cleanliness, early check in & aircon
We were advised that as a late check out wasn’t available, that we could store our luggage in one of the other rooms at that location, which would be locked. However, on trying to do this upon checking out we were told we’d have to bring it to another location, which meant us lugging it all in really hot temperature to a sister hotel, with our kids, and then had to leave it sitting in a corridor. Wasn’t ideal.

The location and the neighborhood is really perfect to get a lovely experience in Palermo. The host was always available, very polite and caring. Breakfast was available in a delicious variety’s. The room was just amazing and super clean. Parking and driving right at the building is not possible (driving just with pass), but u can park very close. Driving in Palermo I would just recommend to very experienced drivers. Overall I would always book it again and suggest it to friends and family. Overall a perfect stay. Thank u so much!
