SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $199. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $2000 of damage. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. Located just a five minute drive from the home is a Publix grocery store with everything you could need! In that shopping center you can rent or buy equipment for any water sports activity. Just a seven minutes drive over the Vilano Bridge is Camanchee Cove, where you can rent a boat for the day or charter deep sea fishing tours! Getting Around: We suggest renting a car for your stay. Other Things to Note: Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
