The room is just amazing! We loved everything it had to offer. We didn't expect much, but we got it all. The bed is just excellent and very convenient. You feel you are sleeping in a bed (no offense to traditional Korean futon-style accommodation). The room was clean, bathroom equipped with all the facilities. There are plenty of dining options around (Burger King, Subway, Korean restaurants, etc.), convenient stores (7-11), and it's around a 7-minute walk to a subway station. It takes 25 minutes by subway to get to Seoul Station by line 1.
Everything was amazing, it's hard to say one thing. We felt at home and welcomed. The only negative might be a further distance from the downtown, however, the infrastructure of subway lines is convenient to get you almost everywhere.

It’s a very new hotel with reasonable price. There is many outlet and cafe around the hotel, it’s very convenient. Also there is olive young near the hotel, it’s good for people who wanna buy cosmetic stuff.

The air conditioner, the shower, free water bottles and nice amenities.
My son found an used condom near the bed.
There is no hotel lobby, it looks like a place for married people cheating on their partners.
Though the room size is good,vthe walls need to be painted.
