This is the second time that our 3 couples have stayed in Westside Riley House, and it didn’t disappoint. The house is perfectly laid out for 3 couples so that each gets a private area, and the house is well equipped. The location is a quick drive to downtown and minutes from multiple wineries. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

This was a very nice property. Location was ideal - plenty of room for our family (4 adults, two little kids), yet only five-ish mins to downtown and 17 minutes or less to many wineries (including the ones we went to - Daou, Adelaida, and Austin Hope). The house feels updated, with a nice open concept kitchen/main living area, three nice bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms including one en suite primary, and fairly high ceilings. Very nice kitchen with an island. Towels and amenities were nice, as even my very picky mother mentioned how pleasantly surprised she was with those. There were two large decks which we didn’t utilize due to rain. Honestly, the house was nicer than the photos indicate, in my opinion. We would stay here again.

Cannot say enough great things about this stay. Incredibly spacious and clean. Perfect for a large group as the common areas are big enough to congregate and hang out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The location was just a 3 minute drive to downtown. The communication with property managers was always very fast. My friends and I rented this beautiful home for a wine country girls weekend. The house is so spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of room for 5 of us with plenty of privacy. We cooked two dinners in and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location of the home is ideal. Not far from the town center and a great home base to explore all of Paso Robles wineries and the coast.

March 2022 Stay
What an amazing home! The photo on the PRVR website of this home does not do it justice (photo of balcony not very appealing). Passed by it many times then finally looked at the photos and what a gorgeous, new home! Clean, bright - perfect spot for 6 college roommates/sorority girls to reconnect and celebrate 30+ years of friendship. Perfect location to downtown and easy access for ride share options to find. Beds were comfy. Kitchen is a dream to cook in. Recommend to anyone renting this home to be prepared to bring your own coffee and sweetners, etc. Also, coffee pot does NOT turn off on its own, so be warned! Hoping to stay here next visit to Paso! Thank you for everything.

Friends get-away
Beautiful, large house. In a quiet neighborhood close to town. It was cold out otherwise we would have been sitting outside on the wonderful deck. Loved the fireplace in the living room, when we were home it was on. We had an awesome time and would come back.

January 2022 Stay
Great house! Clean and very pleasant. A few things that were unfortunate - in the king bedroom (not the primary suite) I was awoken several times per night by the sounds from what I believe was the tankless water heater on the other side of the wall, which is the garage. It's noisy and I slept terribly as a result. Put the heavy sleepers in that room. We stayed for a 3 day weekend and the gardners arrived just before 8am on Monday with their loud leaf blowers waking up everyone in the house. With more thoughtful scheduling, this is avoidable! Also, the house needs a full length mirror somewhere.
Other than a general lack of sleep, it was lovely.
