Everything was excellent during our 1 night stay. The manager was a credit to the hotel and was very accommodating. The staff that looked after us were also very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning again to this wonderful hotel/pub.
Nothing to not like.

We came to spend a night at Harcourt Arms. It was our 21st wedding anniversary. And wow ! what a beautiful cosy gem it turned out to be. The staff were very polite and attentive - made us cocktails of our choice even though it was not on the menu ! The dinner as well as breakfast were hearty and sumptous. The room was most comfortable and quiet. The pub looked rustic and Halloweenie and ...it was just perfect. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you to everyone who looked after us
nothing . It was all good....
well nitpicking here ...we could have done with a few milk cartons to go with the room Coffee making facilities.

Clean rooms.
This is NOT a 5* hotel. It’s a good 3* and should be considered as such. The rooms are nicely decorated but lack the extras needed to be considered 5*. Breakfast is chaotic. One member of staff working only, including taking orders, topping up the continental buffet, serving, sorting out checkouts and answering the phones. Dinning space is so dark that you can barely see your food. Maybe this is to disguise the cold fries and blood all over the plate from the un-rested steak.
