Overall, the apartment is good, comfortable, and convenient
However, I am taking off a few stars because of the landlord’s lack of transparency.
Please be careful! The previous booking conditions do NOT state that you MUST pay an additional €200 deposit. It is not listed as a mandatory payment. However, in these apartments, it is a mandatory condition in order for you to receive the instructions for entering the building.
Without paying the additional €200, they will not send you the access code. The host does not respond, and customer support cannot help you with this either.
You pay for the apartment in full, and then you receive a direct message saying: “Please pay a €200 deposit.” I paid the €200 deposit, and it was returned to me after 3 days.
If you have the possibility to additionally pay the €200 deposit, then you should not have any problems.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na nocleg w drodze z Polski do Włoch. Miejsce do parkowania obok budynku.
Trzeba wpłacić kaucję 200 EUR, co przeoczyłam w opisie oferty i czego nie widziałam w innych obiektach.

We liked that the old city center was only about a 10 minute walk. We also liked that the wifi worked well. The instructions to get in and the self service was nice.
For a one night stay it is fine for 4 people, not 6! I think the description should be changed. It had 2 chairs that fold out to a very small short hard bed that isn’t even nice for a child. We are not very big people so I can’t even imagine what taller people would do! Also not ideal in the summer. Too warm for my liking.
