Breakfast was really good, plenty of parking, close to the center of shanklin 5 minutes walk to the sea front. Excellent stay.

Great location , parking outside, great location , welcoming informative hosts , lovely breakfast (although timing was limited )
Access to additional toilet rolls outside rooms another plus as we didn’t request for our room to be made up.
Friendly hosts - comfortable breakfast room and use of fridge in breakfast room .
Room 7 - we visited during the heat wave , smallest (hospitality ) room we have ever stayed in . No fan (air con) , very small high level window in main room and small window on en suite so little ventilation. An uncomfortable stay . I believe if we had a larger room with a normal sized window our stay would have been more enjoyable
