Friendly staff. The lounge and bar area seemed recently renovated. Room was a bit outdated but the price was reasonable.

A lovely hotel in the perfect location with helpful, pleasant staff. The rooms however are tired and need an update to reflect the downstairs of this hotel. The shower has no pressure, the toilets are run on a very noisy macerater and generally the rooms require a total refurb which i understand from the new Managers is in hand.

Lovely hotel with fab bar area and outside seating, room was snug but had everything we needed and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, only minor issue is that property is not wheelchair accessible, althought they are ramps getting into main entrance involves getting up quite a big step, otherwise very nice hotel

Room was clean, all staff were helpful and polite, bar was good, bartender helpful and friendly, sauna and pool great bonus although steps into pool were in need of repair, only criticism would be bathroom was in need of modernisation.
