The owners, Simon and Jonathan were exceptional. Nothing was too much for them to deal with. The breakfasts were exceptional and a variety of different breakfasts could be accommodated with whatever was requested.
The rooms were beautifully kept, brilliant size shower. Nothing anybody could pick fault with.
There was nothing to dislike as everything was first class.

The hosts were fabulous, very accommodating and eager to please......we felt immediately at home.
Breakfast was wonderful, fresh, well cooked and nice variety of options. Good coffee too!! The location was quiet but within easy walking of the high street, coast path and beaches.
The room was spacious and the shower powerful and hot.
Good that there were public rooms; conservatory and bar/tv room. We didnt use the bar but it was very reasonably priced.
Little bit of end of season decoration needed in some areas......but not really a problem.
Some of the information, kindly provided, turned out to be out of date. Best to rely on Google.

The welcome was first class. I have travelled extensively and never have I come across a more friendly and comprehensive greeting. Just a perfect beginning to a vacation.
Leaving, I didn't want to leave.

Excellent, cooking. Brilliant fresh fruit salad. Tidy, comfortable room and ensuite. Owners were friendly and informative.
Stairway needed a little more attention.
