The owners are really nice. They are very personable, make a nice breakfast, and are available to answer any questions. The location is good. You can walk to the beach with relative ease. If I return to the Isle of Wight, I'm staying here again!

Very good breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful, also professional
They weren’t aware that we had a small dog as Booking.com hadn’t told them, but they remedied the problem quickly and satisfactorily
