Drinks, staff, cleaners, food
Signature level guests seemed oversold. Unable to get a sunbed at many points of the day. Several other family’s experienced this with us.

The food was very good. The pools were very clean. The service was good.
The bed was a little uncomfortable, not a great mattress.

I liked their hotel’s luxury. Only thing is that.
I dont like the sea, ı payed 2x money for signature level but ı couldnt use anythink about it. they said me all exclusive Restaurant’s are full , you can only go hamam but not make massage , they serve me exclusive restaurants very little and a few meals and not cooked meals for dinner. If ı gave them only grand pallasium price its more usefull for that.
