Accommodations were great, breakfast was well rounded & delicious. Had 2 lovely pools with access to drinks & snacks. The shuttle to Cheflu made sightseeing easy. The area had access to a fantastic restaurant which we are sorry we didn’t find earlier.

The property is nicely laid out with big pools and reasonable bar prices and a good entertainment team.
1. The cash-less , non-refundable, top-up system is absurd. It takes a lot of time to buy some drinks and you have to anticipate how much you will be spending( impossible) otherwise you will not get them back.
2. We arrived at 2.30pm and had to wait 1 hour to get the keys of our room! I was told that I was lucky to get it at 3.30pm as the normal checkin time is at 4pm!! When we came for checkout they told us that the room has to be vacated by 10am. I have traveled the world and have never witnessed a 6 hour difference between check in and check out.

Clean and comfortable. Most staff wete friendly
We had some issues with communicating what we wanted to one of the staff members which cauaed us to waste money. Simple things like a list of laundry prices in the info booklet would have helped as well as instructions as how to upgrade etc.
We were not able to get wifi in the room only in the lobby.
The food we had was definitely not 4 star standard.
The hotel is clean and comfortable but very limitied facilities.
The beach has some kind of industrial area behind it.
We asked for instructions as to how to get to the hotel and they suggested a taxi from Cefalu or Campofelice station. However they didnt mention (or maybe didnt know) that there are no taxo at Campofelice station ans we would have to call one. Which ia difficult if you dont have a cell phone that can be uaed in Italy etc.
