We had a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa! The hotel has so much to offer, from its beautiful location with easy access to Palermo and the airport, to its fantastic facilities, including multiple outdoor pools, outdoor bars, direct access to the sea, parking and a great range of sports activities.
The food and drinks were another highlight, with plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner, as well as several bars offering a fantastic selection of drinks and alcohol.
What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and caring, always making us feel welcome. A special mention to Maitre Caruso, hostess Chantal, and our wonderful waiters Francesco P., Giuseppe M., Aldo B. and Daniela S. A particularly big shoutout to Giancarlo la Fata, who made our Oriental dinner night extra special with his outstanding service and attention.
Overall, a fantastic all-inclusive experience, with great facilities, food and, above all, genuinely lovely people. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! ❤️
The only area we felt could be improved was the food, particularly on themed dinner nights. Whether it was Asian, Mexican or Arabic night, we felt the food selection remained largely Italian, with plenty of pasta, pizza and charcuterie but not enough dishes reflecting the actual theme. We also would have loved a much wider selection of desserts, especially themed sweets to complement each evening. A little more variety and authenticity on themed nights would have made the dining experience even better!

Great access to the beach, good variety of food at the buffets, staff are always readily available with quick service. We stayed in the Deluxe Room With Sea View and the wraparound deck was huge and definitely delivered on views!
Not a lot of food options outside of meal hours. There’s only one restaurant open from 3-7 PM and it doesn’t have very many options. There’s a boutique with some snacks, candy, etc., but I wish there was a place to just get a sandwich or something.
There also didn’t seem to be too many activities besides the beach/pools, and a couple of tennis/pickleball courts. There were a fair amount of families with children when we went (in October) but I’m not sure what the kids would’ve been able to do for fun besides swim all day.

I like. The garden is very big and well kept and beachfront
The property I went 2017 it was 4 star under other name fiesta Garden Resorts and all I notice is some rooms upgrade only. Gym is very small and on the roof but besides they have big issue with Aircondtion it’s been 1 week since they have problem and still not settled and still they they don’t have enough especially in the reception area. Ones they gave me a tower fan to shut my mouth. I paid almost €2.000 for 4 days not cheap. At all. Food is just ok not much healthy food.
