Clean room and decent set up. Breakfast was great.
Location was very noisy through the night. Communication regarding how to find Lux and responsiveness to messages could have been a lot better.

The property was very nice looking and clean. It was close to the bus stop and metro station as well as to the beach. The staff was exceptionally helpful.
The breakfasts could use more savory options (it was only sweet) but it was still nice and the coffee was very good.

The room was very clean and well kept. It's a floor apartment, refurbished to accommodate 5 B&B rooms, with individual entry doors
Easy to access to get in and out.
On a side of town that is away from tourist area, and about 2 blocks away from train station. Across the ocean. Much cleaner and easy to walk, since I walked through downtown Naples and it looked rough. I felt safe walking around the B&B area. Some cute shops to stroll by.
Booked room to accommodate 3 adults - me, spouse and daughter. The room size is small for 3 people traveling w full size luggage. Unlike photo that showed spacious room floor plan.
Street noise - All night the cars and motorcycles hunkering at all times of the night kept awaking us up, and around 3am there was a car alarm that went off for over 5 minutes, which could be clearly be bird on 3rd floor.
