The location and view with the balcony was amazing. Friendly staff, beautiful room with a huge bed and fantastic bathroom, loved it. Not far from the local metro if it was working but we walked into central Naples in an hour.

Soggiorno davvero perfetto. La struttura è bellissima, elegante e curata nei minimi dettagli, con un’atmosfera quasi da spa di lusso. Nonostante la posizione centralissima a Mergellina, sono rimasta davvero colpita dalla tranquillità della camera, non si sentiva praticamente nessun rumore proveniente dall’esterno.
Ho apprezzato tantissimo anche l’accoglienza con il prosecco e il dolce messaggio di benvenuto personalizzato, un dettaglio che mi ha fatto sentire subito coccolata. Lo staff è meraviglioso, sempre disponibile e attento, per qualsiasi cosa avessi bisogno bastava scrivere e ricevevo subito assistenza.
La posizione poi è fantastica, proprio a Mergellina, e avere il Bar Napoli aperto 24 ore su 24 sotto la struttura è comodissimo, anche semplicemente per prendere un caffè o qualcosa da mangiare a qualsiasi ora. È stato tutto impeccabile e credo proprio che, quando tornerò a Napoli, sceglierò sempre questa struttura.
Nulla, sinceramente. Non ho trovato nessun aspetto negativo durante il soggiorno.

Our stay at Demetra Luxury Suites was exceptional. The property features a prime, central Naples location right on the waterfront with stunning sea views and top-tier, sophisticated furnishings. Stepping outside places you immediately near the city's finest restaurants, making every aspect of the experience thoroughly enjoyable.

I liked the style of the hotel, and it had a pretty view of the water.
This was not the type of hotel I was expecting. It doesn't have a lobby or staff. It's really an airbnb / fully renovated flat with rooms. You needed a key to enter the building, then the entrance to the actual "hotel" was a door to the 5th floor apartment. Additionally there wasn't any parking in the building which was really important to me and my family.
