Great ocean view and location, not happy with cleanliness carpet dirty, floor tiles greasy , kitchen items dirty and 2x

Should have been perfect - except for the noisy renovations going on!
Location location location - right at the beach. Well laid out floorplan and new kitchen. Comfortable furniture.
Loud renovations were being undertaken while we were there involving the jackhammering of our balcony from 8.45am. This really spoiled what should have been an excellent break. Only other negative was a musty odour inside the cupboards in the bedrooms.
