Wir fanden das Frühstück wirklich toll und die Lage mit eigenem eigenen Strand auf der Insel. Das Essen im Thai Restaurant war lecker. Die Anlage ist schön und besonders gestaltet.

Der erste Eindruck war leider überhaupt nicht positiv. Wir fühlten uns nicht wirklich willkommen und wussten bis zum Ende der 3 Nächte nicht wo alle Restaurants waren. Das einzige was hier 5 Sternen entspricht ist der Preis. Z.b Massagen kosten hier fast das 10-fache wie in anderen 4 Sterne Hotels. Der Service war leider auch nicht besonders. Im Restaurant waren 3 Tische besetzt und das Personal stand lieber rum als die Bestellung aufzunehmen oder sonstiges. Als viel los war wurde den ganzen Abend die Tische nicht mal abgeräumt. Einfaches Nachfüllmaterial wie Handtücher und Klopapier fehlte und musste mehrfach nachgefordert werden. Um 8:30 Uhr war schon das Wasser- und Kindergeräusch am Kids Bereich zu hören. Entspannen konnte man leider auch nicht wirklich, da bei 2 von 3 tagen Veranstaltungen stattfanden und ständig am Pool/Strand Aufbauarbeiten stattfanden. Entspannung ist anders. Ins Meer konnte man nicht wegen zu vielen Quallen. Wir hatten uns den Aufenthalt in einem 5 Sterne Hotel wirklich anders vorgestellt. Schade

This was exactly what we wanted, relaxed and very calm atmosphere. Great facilities and beautiful nature. An escape from people and the high tempo of over populated beaches. Food just outside the hotel at the local restaurants were amazing and the price a third of the hotels restaurants.

Breakfast, nothing was really good. It felt like quantity and no quality. Beach, really bad if you wanna have a swim becasue of the sharp stone and jelly fish, It is as bad as it is beautiful!

Fabulous location and nice rooms with pool access. The pools were very clean and the overall resort is nice. The massage was great.

Some of the staff was slightly rude sometimes. The food is far from good and very expensive. The all inclusive is overpriced and deceiving because they only include very cheap stuff with it (cheapest alcohol - very bad whiskey, rum etc.) and the food is very average. You don’t get any seafood or fish included with all inclusive - only cheap meals. However, we did have a couple good meals: omelette at breakfast and carbonara pasta.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist schön, ebenso die Anlage.

Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe. Schlecht organisiert, immer zu wenig von allem. Man muss ständig warten bis Dinge wieder aufgefüllt werden. Tische werden nur nach Aufforderung abgeräumt. Besteck muss man sich dann selbst besorgen. Das Personal scheint total überfordert. Einzig der Kaffee aus den Automaten war sehr gut. Die Preise für das Essen und die Getränke sind absurd. Insellage hin oder her.

Очень хороший отель! Очень большой но гольфкары вас привозят и отвозят если хотите. Очень чисто и аккуратно! Бассейн очень большой и необычный!

Море и пляж очень плохие! Вода мутная а пляж грязный! Цены высокие так что если берете берите всё включено, а то разоритесь на еде и напитках! Или придется кушать в деревни в 15 мин от отеля! Мы знали об этом поэтому взяли все включено( с 11.30 до 9.00)

The Location is nice

The only advantage is the location, the forest and the island is amazing. Staff seem to be nice but not helpful and not attentive at all. They smile but do not care in fact. Some of the restaurants have a nice view 1. The biggest disappointment is the spa, it cost me $200 and the therapist (massage lady) was sick! She was coughing all the time and her nose was running which was highly irritating and extremely unprofessional. Worst spa experience ever 2. The beach is dirty, there are tons on jellyfish and no one seems to care. It’s impossible and dangerous to swim in this place (not to swim in the sea on the island, weird right?) 3. The living place isn’t clean too, the floor was dirty 4. Inattentive staff who do not care about you 5. Overpriced restaurants, wine was terrible 6. Bad value for the money 7. Transportation. In the beginning we were just a bit late, and nobody waited for us. In the end we booked a boat in advance but there was no free spot for us (huh?).

Территория огромная, дойти до виллы далеко, а баги часто заняты. Нет развлечений и на пляже всегда волны.. То есть только бассейн, бар и рестораны )

Location, and meal selection.

(1) We nearly missed our scheduled boat transfer, even though we had already checked in and were sat in the check in area. Luckily my partner went outside and realised that everyone, except us had boarded the boat and all luggage onboard ready to go. No announcement was made where we were sat! (2) On check in at the resort reception, we were informed our room would be ready at 3:30pm, even though the resort advertise check in from 3pm. We waited longer than 3:30, and had to approach the reception desk again to check if the room was ready. (3) After the room was finally confirmed we requested a golf buggy to transport us and our luggage to the room. We waited for 20 minutes, no show! We approached the reception desk again to request a golf buggy, no apology, just that they were very busy, even though we were the only guests at the desk at that time! Another 10 minutes went by, no golf buggy. My partner approached one of the staff members outside to complain and that member of staff managed to organise a buggy there and then. (4) Not sure if the resort was short staffed or mismanagement. At meal times, the tables that were occupied weren’t cleared and set for the next customers. (5) On check out my partner called reception twice for golf buggy to transport us and luggage from our room to the lobby. Again no show! We ended up walking from room 4008 to the lobby with our luggage. My partner complained to reception and again no apology! Their excuse this time was they were too busy with all of the Chinese customers. Not sure what they meant by that excuse… I’m from Australia and my partner is from Thailand. Do Chinese customers get priority? Do they pay more for their stay?

Wunderschön gelegenes Resort. Man kommt sich vor wie im Dschungel. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die anderen Inseln. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, die auch die Transfers zur und von der Insel, wie auch zu den außerhalb gelegenen Restaurants, super organisiert haben. Fahrservice mit Clubcars im Resort. Toller Spa und Fitnessbereich. Tolle Massagen. Das Essen in den 3 Restaurants war sehr gut und kostenmäßig voll in Ordnung.

Die zu laute Musik am Pool und die immer wiederkehrende gleichen Playlists in allen Clubbereichen.

Die Lage, der Service, die Zimmeranbindung mit direktem Zugang zum Pool. ( Wohnungen i. 2000er Bereich). Das Essen war super und man hat echt eine super Ruhe und ein entspannten Aufenthalt

Preise ( Essen, Cocktails, Massage) stark überteuert zum Rest des Landes bzw an anderen Orten. Das Shuttleboot wollte 500 Baht statt den angegeben 100 Baht haben.( Hotel hat darauf reagiert mit : dann müssen Sie eine h warten, bis dass nächste Boot kommt!) Aber alles nur meckern auf hohen Nieveau. Würde es sofort weiterempfehlen.

Worst price-quality ratio. Definitely not worth it. - The restaurant meals are expensive and not even that tasty - The staff are kind but they always rush to take away your plates even when they are still full. Stressful - The hotel is supposed to offer "free" activities, such as yoga and paddling, but those activities have not taken place - any other service offered is way overpriced ( ex. : cheapest massage is for 2000 THB while it would cost 200 THB per hour on the outside) - Water fountains in the pools are all not working. Expensive money for a cheap Service + Hotel !

Amazing areas, amazing room, amazing restaurants an amazing pools.

The guys who take out the bags from the boat to the pier, tried to stole my bag. I was waiting for more than 2 hours asking and checking the cameras. So we realized that the guy who took my bag from the boat put my bag on a car and the car left the pier. He told that by mistake a guest told him that my bag was of him and he put my bag in his taxi Then, I told him that I was going to call the police for investigation and 15 minutes later this brought my suitcase back. So, he knew since the beginning where my bag was and he was trying to lie me telling me that my bag was at the airport by mistake.

Remote , extremely clean , relaxing and a super escape form the city . Good variety of food .

Sometimes it felt like the staff was also on holiday 🤦🏽‍♂️ Not much to do other than relax so that’s actually a positive .

La habitación. Teníamos una habitación con acceso directo a la piscina y la verdad que una maravilla.

No me gustó la falta de profesionalidad en la recepción y disgustados por el trato del último día que aún teniendo contratado el todo incluido solo nos dejaron disfrutar del desayuno, teniendo que pagar todo lo consumido a parte.

This hotel was everything that is advertised on their website and so much more. The location is amazing, has a private beach. Our room had a swimming pool, and there are also many communal swimming pools around the hotel. If you want privacy, you got it. And if you wanted to mingle, you could do that too. The hotel staff was amazing too, I would like to give special mention to the gentleman called Balee. He went out of his way to make sure my birthday was special. He was attentive, and always happy. The food is amazing, from the buffet breakfast. They made an effort to cater for all taste buds. We also enjoyed their buffet dinner. If you did not want the buffet, you could order from their menu, and the food was equally of great quality. We are already planning a return trip, and this time we are planning to bring our kids and friends.

Their checkin time is set in stone. Our flight arrived in Phuket at 10:00 in the morning, and i had messaged the hotel to request for an earlier check in time. Early check in is not considered at all. We had to wait until 15:00 to get access to our rooms, but we could use the hotel facilities while we waited. So it was not all bad, but all I wanted to get to my room, shower and sleep, especially after a 26hours travel.

Very good location and pretty views. The staff is super nice and very helpful. We had an issue with the room we booked as it wasn't available, but they gave us a villa for the trouble. Mind you, if you're a light sleeper and plan to stay on the lagoon, think twice. It's full of frogs/toads and extremely noisy.

The restaurant is quite expensive. More than 300 baht for nearly everything.

Das Hotel ist in nur 15 Minuten per Speedbootzu erreichen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen und rund um die Häuser wirkt alles gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Es wurde jeden Tag pro Person 1l Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt, was gut war, denn einen richtigen Supermarkt gibt es auf derInsel nicht. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption, die Cab Fahrer und das Housekeeping waren durchweg freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und frisch.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt m.E. nicht. Wir hatten kein All-In und waren daher ein paar Mal im Restaurant essen. Die Portionen waren für das Geld teilweise wirklich unverschämt klein. Zudem wirkte das Servicepersonal teilweise sehr unbeholfen. Die Hotelanlage an sich ist schön gelegen, aber man merkt, dass es einige Jahre inkl. Covid hinter sich hat. Der Strand wirkte etwas vernachlässigt, die Beachbar mit Meerblick war wohl seit längerem schon zu (zumindest lag dort oben nur Müll rum), die Plastikliegen werden dem hohen Anspruch des Hotels nicht gerecht.

Schöne weitläufige Anlage, man wird mit Golfcars jederzeit zum Zimmer zur Lobby etc. abgeholt und gebracht. Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang sind sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist fein wenn man gleich in der Früh und nach dem Abendessen vom Zimmer aus in den sehr gepflegten Pool springen kann. Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück mit allem was man braucht …westlich…asiatisch…Obst…alles da!

Strand ist nicht besonders schön, leider gab es auch Quallen im Meer. Man ist recht isoliert auf der Insel…da gibts außer der Hotelsnlage nicht viel zu sehen. Hôtel organisiert aber mehrmals täglich kostenlose Transporte nach Phuket.
