Beautiful building , rooms comfortable, lady at the front desk very helpful ! Thank you. Moved my room after reporting a problem with the shower.
Smoking around the pool area. Some people are very inconsiderate and smoke right next to you. This impacts on health and others relaxation.

The positive is that the staff at the reception was very helpful. I believe its a new property and it may take some time before they get into the proper groove of the hospitality industry.
The hotel is a converted building and grand from the outside. However, the room decor does not match the structure itself. Its basic IKEA/JYSK furniture. They do not provide tissues in the room. There were ants in one of the room. There is no proper blinds in the bathroom. For those travellers having halal food requirements, you really need to be careful when eating at the restaurant as pork and chicken are all next to each other or top of each other.
