The location was excellent, a block from Skanderbeg Square. Easy walking to restaurants, bars and sights. The room was very comfortable with good a/c, a comfortable king bed and plenty of hot water. Albi, the owner, gave us a lot of recommendations for eating and touring. He arranged a taxi to take us to the airport and personally checked on our progress after we left the hotel. It was the best and most helpful service I have had. I'll stay here again when I'm back in Tirana!
The directions were a little hard to understand. It's down a small street next to the Raiffeisen Bank.

The location is excellent, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and had a very nice view. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We genuinely enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The owner was very attentive, gave us many recommendations, and was very helpful, the hotel is located in the city center, very near to the Opera house
This is not a hotel!! And not a 5-star rating in any way (the owner claims that Booking.com gave him a 5-star score...) This is an apartment building. The building is very poorly maintained, and the elevators are small and scary. The room is old and needs to be refinished, and the bath was not clean when we arrived.
It has a strong musty smell. We had 2 rooms, neither of which was in good condition; the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, and there was not enough hot water.
