The staff were excellent and reception area and rooftop nice. The room was large and had a small balcony. The room itself was clean but quite basic for a 5 star rated hotel.
It sadly was not 5 star. There were some dirty marks on the bathroom walls and door which should have been noticed during housekeeping. Mould in the sink and around shower base. The hand soap dispenser wasn’t clean, neither it nor the shower gel had been filled. It was a nice enough stay for one night just needed a bit more attention to cleaning. There was no iron in the room.

Nunca limpian, solo hacen la cama y parece q la hacen de mala gana, pero el cuarto y el baño no lo limpian
Me quedé sin agua en el baño y nos hicieron hacer 2 veces las maletas para cambiarnos de cuarto, la recepción muchas veces sola x más de 20 minutos y cero agradables
