The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bed was really comfortable.
The shower was clean and nice.
Very good value for money.
Not too far from the city centre (20min walk).
The area felt safe.
The breakfast selection was average.
I didn't really like the view from my room (it faced a not-so-nice street).
Because my room was on the top floor, the banner outside hit my window a few times at night and the noise was distracting.
No complementary bottled water in the room (which is standard in most hotels).

Hotel clean, room lovely, bed comfy. staff friendly and relaxed and went out there way to make u feel welcome, from the cleaners, to kitchen staff to reception.. Breakfast was nice.

Good location although difficult to get to when driving and very narrow roads in this area. Hotel (limited) parking was a bonus. Valentina at breakfast was superb.
Check in receptionist was helpful but a little abrupt, maybe language barrier?!
Smokers sitting outside, and air-conditioning controlled by receptionist.Limited breakfast choices, no fruits replenished.
