Beautiful hotel on the outside. Feels quaint and fancy on the inside. The pool and terrace bar are excellent amenities. We had to leave very early in the morning so we weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast so can’t comment on what that is like. The room was clean and has a comfortable old world vibe. Would definitely stay again. Good value for the standard of hotel and amenities.
The bed was rather firm and the air conditioner didn’t cool the room well at all (also I realize that’s not uncommon in Europe)

The room was spacious, suitable for a family of five, and very well equipped. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of options.
The property also has a nice rooftop swimming pool, massage area and a coffee bar, which were nice additions. The city center can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot.

Very unfriendly staff and seemed to be irritated to have to check one in and rude staff at breakfast . They need training on how to deal with tourists
Parking was on the street and no good instructions given on how the system operates
