The ladies at the reception she is a bit chubby forgot to ask her name but she was excellent kudos to her she was helpful throughout our stay .

On arrival the imperator looks amazing and clean. The receptionist gave us a warm welcome explaining everything we would need to know about the property we were staying. Then the rooms was shown to us we came a group of 6, and nobody had any fault or concern for our lovely stay. Good location and plenty of shops and convenience stores around you. When we come home we are always greeted in by the outside grounds man and reception. And of course if you get the rooms with spa jacuzzi then you will really appreciate this wonderful hospitality and short time home. Thanks again to the whole staff. Back soon

The location was good, the center was walking distance away. The ladies p8
at the reception were nice. The room was roomy and quiet.
Bathoom door was completely swollen due to inadequate shelter for water in the shower. The door could not be closed. Also the breakfast was lousy at 8:30, no coffee left, hot water pot was very dirty, tables outside were dirty too. Everything was empty, nothing to eat. I could find only chocolate croissants to eat, which is very unusual to me. Luckily we stayed one night only.
