Nothing really. Room service would be nice

Michele was at the front desk when I arrived . She was professional yet very inviting with the hugest look of happiness I've ever witnessed. You could tell she loved working here. She was extremely informative and introduced the young gentleman working alongside her. . My wife and I were so impressed with her it set the stage for the rest of our stay. Michele is a true asset to the Brownwood s staff. Thank you. but I forgot to mention the young vivacious , extremely knowledgeable waitress tgat made our dinner an experience that no other waitress will ever top...Jordan. . She is a true asset to The wolfgang puck restaurant team. we were so so impressed with her enthusiasm and her customer service it reminded us old folks of how it used to be . Please thank you for us and we wish her well . she has a great attitude fir a successful future wherever she hangs her hat.

From the gate everything was screwed up. I had called one week to my reservation and ask for adjoining room with my daughter. When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation. Thank goodness I had kept the book reservation. Someone had put Amy Walker for three nights in the adjoining room. So that took a while to figure out. I then gave them a different cc for the room. I was never told they were putting a 75 hold and room charge on my cc.NEVER TOLD ME. Then we I go to check out the girl says I owe 500, I said excuse me for one night. Then they figured that out and she told me about the 75 hold on my cc. Okay then I check my cc the next day and they had put a hold charge on room charge plus 75. When I called I was told that was procedure, which I would have been fine with if I was told.
