About this house rental
Situated in Tempe, this attractive house for $242 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Beautiful newly remodeled home ready to accommodate any family or group traveling to Tempe with HEATED POOL that provides year round swimming! The home is only 15 minutes away from the airport and ASU campus! This fantastic home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, game room, 2 car garage and POOL that we heat for free during the colder months!! Home comes stocked with INCREDIBLE accommodations to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Home includes cable, WiFi, memory foam mattresses, 3 king size beds, pantry supplies, coffee, pots and pans, snacks, and many more! 5 minutes to the interstate and within a quick minute of dining and entertainment. *NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES!* We use this home for our own personal getaway several times a year. It has been designed to specifically accommodate guests. The home comes fully furnished and has everything you should need. Every bedroom contains a memory foam mattress and closet. Every bed also comes with a down alternative, hypo-allergenic comforter. There is baby monitor and pack and play available as well. We furnish the bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper as we don't want you to have to worry about the essentials! There are hair dryers available in both bathrooms. The laundry room is fully equipped with a brand new washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent, bleach, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator/freezer combo with ice machine, oven with stovetop, microwave, dishwasher (detergent included), plates, dishes, silverware, glassware, plastic cups, pots/pans, cooking utensils, toaster, Tupperware, coffee maker (coffee, creamer and sugar provided), spices, condiments, cooking oils, and select sauces! We even have children's plates, bowls, glasses, silverware and a high chair to accommodate our little Guests! The living room has a huge 70" LED Smart TV that includes over 140 channels! The TV also offers Netflix, Hulu, Prime video etc with the push of a button for those with a subscription to these platforms. The master bedroom has a 50" smart LED TV with over 140 channels as well! The entire home has blazing fast internet speeds of up to 150 Mbps download speed; perfect for streaming videos and games or just browsing the web! The back patio includes exterior seating as well as a BBQ grill with propane and grilling tools provided. You'll truly enjoy the back of the home with the fully functioning pool equipped with electric and solar heating that runs daily at NO EXTRA CHARGE! **We keep the pool set at 83 degrees during the colder months but may not reach that temperature on colder days**Pool goes up to 10 feet deep! We provide pool toys and lawn chairs to give you a chance to bask in the warm Arizona sun! There is also a fire pit available for your enjoyment! There is a surveillance system on the property. There are 6 outdoor cameras which are viewable on the TV in the living room. There is also a Ring doorbell on the front door. This home has everything you should need and then some! The only thing that is missing, is YOU! The entire home is yours and check in is a breeze as every reservation gets their own access code to the smart lock on the front door. The 2 car garage is available for your use as well! The neighborhood is extremely quiet and family friendly! Home is within minutes restaurants, movie theaters and shopping. I’m a little emotional typing this review, this house became our home away from home for a week and I’m terribly sad leaving it!
Stefan and Devin did a wonderful job hosting my family and I! They were very quick to respond and very nice! The house was just lovely! The pool is beautiful and the kids really enjoyed the diving board and the pools toys provided! The house was stocked with essentials and even had snacks ready for us! Big bonus! We will definitely be booking this property again in the future!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were amazingly comfortable and we enjoyed using the combo pool table and air hockey in our down time there. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was convenient to everyplace that we wanted to go (spring training games, Scottsdale, Tempe restaurants, hockey at ASU). Nobody was a fan of the bathroom doors, however, which are a little quirky (sliding barn doors) and not entirely private.

We really enjoyed four nights in this quiet neighborhood. Location is great with lots of good dining choices and access to highways within one mile. House and four bedrooms are very comfortable and there is a nice patio and pol with fire pit. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and even provided some snacks! Would definitely recommend.

Stefan and Devin were the best hosts ever! They were extremely accessible for any questions and concerns we had. This was probably one of the cleanest properties that I have ever stayed in over the years. The home was well appointed and the the kitchen was fabulous. Our teen boys loved the game room and pool! This is a wonderful home the owners have created. It’s both peaceful and beautiful and fun at the same time. It appears newly remodeled, beautifully designed, and perfectly appointed. In addition to anything you might need in the kitchen including spices and condiments, and snack treats, there are beach towels and shower towels. The bed was new, clean, and comfortable mattress. The entire home was extremely clean and neat.
The pool is immaculately clean and warm even at the end of October! I swam almost every day ! There are spots to lay in the sun, and also in the shade throughout the day.
It’s in a safe walkable neighborhood near any basic store you might need: Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, Target, Fry’s and the reasonably priced and wonderfully tasty Wild Flower Café open from 8 AM to 8 PM, and within easy driving to really almost anywhere in East Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa or Scottsdale.
The owners were thoughtful, kind, and considerate and quickly responsive to whatever need or question I had.
I came here for the peace and relaxation and was happily rewarded. Unfortunately I did have some business to attend to so it took me away from the backyard and pool but I was always happy to return to it at the end of the day.
I highly highly recommend this place whether alone, with a couple or with your family. The kitchen is large enough that you could have even more than one cook! And the pool table was a fun escape the couple of times I used it with my niece who lives nearby.

Great location for easy access to all the major attractions, activities, and shopping and eating possibilities while still being in a nice neighborhood close to grocery stores, gas stations, Target etc. We hiked every day in all different directions on different mountain ranges, visited several attractions like Desert Botanical Gardens, Butterfly World , Japanese Gardens, Old Town Scottsdale and ate out nightly throughout the area near and far before relaxing back at the home and enjoying a restful sleep on comfortable beds. Although we did not use the pool, it was very nice and families with children would enjoy the foosball, air hockey etc. Would definitely recommend

Perfect getaway house
We were a group of 6 friends and the house was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies and towels. Perfectly located for a girls shopping trip, we barley had to venture 15 mins away in any direction to hit all the stores we wanted. Pool was large and had a deep end, pool toys are supplied in a bin outside as well. Definitely would stay here again.

Very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood with a well stocked kitchen. They made good use of their space with the game room. We appreciated that feature as well as our time in the great pool.
