The manager (owner) is very kind and helpful. He showed great respect, hospitality and care.
The location of the hotel is excellent, few steps away from the metro and the tram. There are markets, pharmacies, restaurants and various shops in the same area.
There’s no elevator, but we had no trouble at all as the staff carried the bags everyday to the room, they don’t let anyone carry anything, including the manager himself.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. He helped with my bags and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The place was quiet, and I would go back again.
It was a little hard to find because the entrance is quite narrow and hard to spot among the buildings around it with their big signs. Look for a door with black steps, and you will spot it more easily than I did!

The stay was excellent. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, close to public transport and main attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always available when needed. The room was tidy and cozy, and the atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. The terrace was a big plus, with a really nice view. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The breakfast was OK but not a lot suitable for Europeans outside Turkey.
The amount of space in the room and the height between the bottom and top bunk does not give enough room so that you can sit up in bed. The bunk bed steps are badly damaged.Some toast at breakfast and more cereals would be good.
