About this house rental
Ruby’s Residence (RR) is a modern spacious unit with 3 bedrooms+3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, has lots of natural light, a small backyard and garage.
Street parking is also free.
1) It’s not a pet & child friendly accommodation.
NO EV charging on premises.
2) Our rate is based on 2 guests using 1 bedroom only. We assume you would like to use our Master Bedroom with en-suite.
If 2 guests would like to use a different bedroom, an additional $75 per night will apply, and you will also have access to the other bathroom.
For additional guests, there is an extra charge of $75 per person, per night, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
3) We do provide a complimentary BASIC breakfast (fruits, cereal, soup, coffee, tea, juice, milk, jam, butter. For bread, you can visit our local iconic bakery just 2 houses away).
4) Our neighbourhood is quiet, yet we are only 3 minutes walk from the main street where all the attractions are.
5) We have security cameras located outside of the house (above entrance door), at the back of the house and in the garage.
6-We live locally and should be able to help when needed.

Good location and very clean and comfortable. Love the thoughtful touch of cheese and biscuits and bottle of wine. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect. Close to everything in Tanunda, immaculately presented and beautifully decorated.The attention to detail is outstanding with a bottle of wine, pod coffee machine and even fresh fruit was provided. On arrival, the air conditioning was on on with all the lights and music in the house. Thank-you so much, the house felt very welcoming.
