The house is well set out for large groups with two bathrooms and two sitting areas. The kitchen was well appointed. The gardens were charming and interesting despite being quite overgrown.
Although the main bathroom and toilet lacked an exhaust fan, it was well ventilated. However, the toilet just had louvre window which couldn't be closed, so it was quite cold on a winters morning. You had to go through the bathroom to the toilet.

Space for everyone, rambling gardens, birdlife, peaceful. The breakfast supplies & bottle of wine were considerate touches.
