About this house rental

Located in Selva, this lovely house for $887 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to this beautiful town house in the village of Selva, a picturesque mountain place where 6 people will find their second home. The exterior area of this two-storey house is very beautiful. The floor on the -1 level exclusively features the garden where you can bask in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers or where you can read a book or listen to some music in peace. On the other hand, on the main floor where we find the accommodation, you have a lovely terrace which is perfectly furnished to organise delicious breakfasts or barbecues while you admire the wonderful views to the fields. Privacy is partial since this is a town house. When you enter you feel the delicacy, comfort, warmth and peace all around. The living-dining room is the perfect place to enjoy your meals all together and then rest while watching the TV and cooling down with the AC. Next you find the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and industrial appliances as well as a small island with two stools. the utility room is independent and offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms where you can rest, all of them with a closet and one also with exit to the terrace. One has a trundle bed and the other two feature a double bed each -one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a tub-. There is a second bathroom with a bath for the rest of the house. A baby cot, a high-chair, three fans and three radiators can be provided. Please, note that the chimneys only are decorative elements. Selva is a lovely charming village well known thanks to its location at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. The routes through the paths and the mountain will lead you to different privileged towns and places like Moscari, Caimari, Campanet or the Monastery of Lluc. You cannot miss the springs of ses Fonts Ufanes during the rainy season. Regarding the needed services, you will find all of them in the town and even more in the small city of Inca where you cannot miss the traditional street market on Thursday morning. The nearest beach is the one of Playa de Muro, less than 27 km away. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Tolle Lage mit super Aussicht! Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich im Wohnraum und um alle Räume zu kühlen, müsste man innerhalb der Wohnung alle Türen auf lassen. Ob das dann funktioniert? Keine Ahnung

Wir wurden pünktlich und sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Fotos. Der tolle Blick von der Terrasse war traumhaft. Ein kleiner Tipp: es wäre toll, wenn in der Küche eine Grundausstattug an Lebensmitteln vorhanden wäre. Wir mussten alles kaufen ( Salz, Öl, ...Geschirrspültabs). Auch Toilettenpapier war nicht zum Auffüllen vorrätig. Freunden ging es in einer anderen Ferienwohnung ähnlich. Vielleicht ist das auf Mallorca also normal (?). Alles in allem auf alle Fälle zum Weiterempfehlen!

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Alles war unkompliziert.Die Wohnung ist von außen unscheinbar, überrascht aber wenn man drin ist. Die Aufteilung ist angenehm, man hat ein gutes Raumgefühl. Stilistisch ist sie Mallorca-typisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eigentlich fehlt es nichts, selbst der Sonnenschirm für den Strandgang ist vorhanden. Eine Klimaanlage ist in allen Räumen vorhanden, muss aber extra geordert werden. Positiv aufgefallen ist uns auch die gute Sauberkeit. Die Terasse unten im Garten verfügt über drei Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Das ist soweit in Ordnung wenn man eben nur liegen und vielleicht lesen will. Insekten haben uns weniger geplagt. Das haben wir auf ländlichen Fincas schon ganz anders erlebt. Auch ist es insgesamt ruhig, vielleicht bis auf ein paar nächtliche Mopeds. Die Terasse auf Wohnungsebene bietet einen weiten und schönen Blick. Wer früh aufsteht, kann dort schöne Sonnenaufgänge genießen. Der Ort selbst ist klein aber fein, bietet genügend Gastronomie. Inca ist nah, aber deutlich hektischer. Die Ausgangslage ist nicht schlecht. Tramuntana-Gebirge, Ostküste, Alcudia, Pollenca, Arta sind schnell erreicht. Der Mietwagen sollte klein sein, die Gassen und mögliche Abstände sind eng. (was die Einheimischen mit Bravour meistern). Parken ging meist in recht nah, ein paar Mal in 200m Entfernung. Unbedingt auf gelbe Linien achten!
