Well behaved, mature, non-shedding small dogs and outdoor dogs preferred. Dogs to be kept downstairs, and are not allowed on beds and lounges. Please note that the backyard and front yard are NOT fully fenced. The backyard adjoins the beach and the front yard opens up to the street.
