The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help. The room was very comfortable and the location sublime, apart from the traffic to get there. Breakfast was included in our package and was very good. Due to family commitments we weren’t able to spend much time in the zoo, but we enjoyed the early morning tour before the zoo opened. The card and gift were greatly appreciated for my milestone birthday.

The experience was amazing. We saw Koalas out side our balcony window. The zoo was clean. Food at the restaurant was good.
Would like if the dinner menu changed daily or had specials. The area was a little difficult to navigate if you had not been there before

Everything! The hotel was stunning, we had views of the kangaroos outside of our room, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were amazing. We loved the on site tours available, especially the night tour.
A tiny small thing - the sofa in our room had crumbs on and some of the floor was also not hoovered. But this was just a small thing, we loved our stay!
