The location, only 5 minutes to Victoria Cross Metro station, was excellent. Plenty of places to eat close by and location near the City and harbour were ideal. Our stay included breakfast which was excellent. Very comfortable bed and good shower. All the staff were great and very welcoming.
Room only had one set of cutlery/crockery for two people.

Breakfast selection was great. Typical Aussie breakfast. Location of hotel was convenient in conjunction with Sydney Marathon weekend.
Bath towels had excess lint. Better quality towels should be provided.

Breakfast menu items were varied, of good quality, and the service was good. There was one person at reception who was exceptional at his job (he wore glasses and had a deep voice). I walked past him several times when he was serving clients and noted how thorough he was.
The fan in the bathroom didn't seem to be working.

Great location, beautiful pub right next door, heap of great restaurants near by
We stayed 2 nights, the first night slept like a baby the 2nd night wasn’t so great, the room was hot according to the aircon controls the room was 23°c. Went to spoke to reception and they said they would send someone up to have a look which they did. They reset the aircon power to the room but it made no difference, the temperature ended up going to 25°c throughout the night and woke up and it was like a sauna and couldn’t get back to sleep
