It wasn’t a pleasant stay to say the least.

Location was in Tanger outlet close to shopping

The room smelled musty which we changed to another room. That room wasn’t that clean either. TV remotes battery cover was missing. Batteries kept falling out.

Unacceptable

The distance between the store and a restaurants

We arrived forty minutes early to the hotel and were notified that our room was still in the process of being cleaned, which sounded reasonable. Once our room was cleaned and ready for us we made our way to our room and had a problem with the smoke alarm. We attempted to call the front desk with the room phone, but the phone wasn't functional. We had to go down stairs and let them know the issue. The manager or front desk personnel came up and took our phone and didn't replace it... In the process of her moving the chair to get to the phone she noticed that there was a lot of debris and sticky residue on the floor under and next to the chair. The floors were disgusting and sticky. The room was definitely only spot cleaned. The manager or front desk personnel that came up saw this and notified us that we would get a discount, but we never heard anything else about it. The whole two days that we were here nobody cleaned the room. You had to avoid certain spots of the floor because of the sticky residue. DO NOT recommend staying here .... Plane traffic is very loud even in your room. Marijuana smells everywhere. For the price I paid I expected better than this.

My stay was ok except for the fact that I had to deal with a few roaches in the room.

I like that fact that the bed was very comfortable. My sleep was refreshing for the pillows was soft and the mattress was firm. The temperature control was excellent from the air unit.

What I didn't like is that I found roaches in my room alive. I found a small one in the sink upside down. I found one under the sink. I killed one crawling off the wall. The vent for the air unit was dirty so that I cleaned with clorox wipes.

Hostile and elderly abuse! Beware!!

Hostile and violent staff, dirty rooms with pubic hair in the shower, overwhelming smell of dangerous pesticides...what's to like?

My Birthday weekend and business trip was very much disrupted by the hostile staff! They treated my 80 year old mother like a piece of garbage. Young kids with no experience or manners should not be working in this type of business. I actually felt threatened when the manager brought out some guy to practically kick us out for no absolute reason. 😳 our lawyer has already been called. The room, service and property physically made my mother sick. Pesticide smell was overwhelming! Lawyer time!

Very, very disappointing

Place was clean and seemed safe

Other than the beds, there was no furniture in the rooms, not even a chair to sit on. The kitchen had nothing - we needed to call them to get supplies. There was no coffee maker, no hair drying - literally nothing. No closet nor hangers either. Other than towels, there were no bathroom supplies. There was no "breakfast" which was supposed to be included. Coffee and granola bars only. The eating area was tiny, and since the hotel was full there was a line to even get coffee. We got in late and were tired so didn't want the hassle of trying to call them.

Couldn't stay, charged anyway

When we arrived at 9pm after driving 15 hours we were told the elevators were broken and had been since the day before. No one had bothered to call us ahead of time. They only had 4th floor rooms left and my husband is not able to use stairs so we had to go elsewhere. They charged us for the room anyway after telling us to find another hotel.

Modern und sauber, aber sehr hellhörig.

Die Zimmer waren modern und sauber. Es gab eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und konnte nicht ausgestellt werden über Nacht. Wir haben das Zimmer direkt am Empfang bekommen, sodass man alle Gespräche gehört hat. Man konnte auch alles von den Nachbarn über einen hören. In der Küche gab es keine Einrichtung, Kanne Töpfe etc. Die hatten wir angefragt aber nie erhalten.

It was okay

It was conveniently located off the highway

I was asked at check in if I got a call about the elevator being down. I did not. was told the only room available was on the 3rd floor and I could cancel if I wanted too. We stayed but a little discount would have been nice. I’m glad we got two beds. The pillows on one of the beds were disgusting. The pillow cases were clearly not washed.

i didn’t like the fact that the elevators were down and we were on the third floor so i was forced to work out every day lol and the flight of stairs were STINK. it was loud the whole weekend no peace and quiet. we only got one pan but other than that it was clean

We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and everything looked new.

Everything was very well maintained and clean. Everything in the room looked new. I liked that there was no carpet to collect germs. I liked the partial wall between the beds for privacy.

The only suggestion is to improve the breakfast selection. There were no juices and no milk. Adding some premade waffels and pancakes to microwave would have been great also.

We like the place it just inconveniences everyone with the wait.

I got a room with two queen beds over a week ago but when we arrived their were none available so we had to wait for hours to check in because they switched rooms with some one else which messed up our schedule.

They could have called and told me that they could not accommodate us so we could have found somewhere else to stay since we were to far to turn around.

Not up to standards for this hotel.

The coffee was good, there were some breakfast bars and boiled eggs. The location is great with many stores and dining options nearby.

The hotel is usually fine, this trip was an exception. The floor in the room was sticky. There was a strong air freshener smell. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. There was a lot of dirt and trash under the bed. I was too tired to ask for a different room. The hallway floor had beer caps and other small bits lying around.

Great value. Comfy. Safe.

Location was excellent & felt safe for solo female traveler. AC in room was a little noisy, but worked great. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice & helpful. Would have been very nice to have coffee maker in room. Room was exceptionally clean.

Good place to stay could be better (cleaned & repaired) for the price

Not much traffic or noise, free parking, close to Tanger outlets and Mighty eight airforce museum, approximately 30 min drive to Savannah & 55 min drive to Tybee Island. 2 queen beds as promised. Usual extended stay breakfast. Two Airport style luggage carts were very handy. One was left outside door on checkout not sure by the staff or another guest.

Slightly dirty wooden floor, Slow draining tub, Towel bar parts on the bathroom floor (not broken but probably came loose with previous guests and not inspected and fixed), bathroom sink hole had no stopper or mesh, slightly itchy bedding (NO visible stains or pests could be material or dust)

I would stay again.

Location was great, right by the interstate. Outlets were next door which was a nice bonus.

The rooms are a bit "basic". Clean but not fancy. I wish there was breakfast not just coffee and breakfast bars.
