Room was clean. That’s the most important thing to me. Lady at check in was very nice. There was a problem with the keys not working on the side doors which was a little annoying because it was raining and the only place to park was on the side. Hotel was aware. A company wide problem.

Staff were all terrific, great location very near airport, plenty of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Room temp was difficult to get to desired temp- too hot or too cold, carpets seriously need updating.

Were very pleased with the facility though it was noisy being by the thruway. The girls that ran the breakfast were wonderful, they prepared a wonderful breakfast and were right there to address any issues.

The lady at the front desk upon my arrival was a delight. She was friendly, polite, ever so helpful. If I was basing my stay on her it was perfect. However, the following morning the previous nights people were hanging around the front desk and NOT THE SLIGHTEST friendly including the lady running the buffet.

The shower head was broken and it was evident that the room had not been used or cleaned in some time. Gunk built up on the shower tiles and on the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles

When I checked in, I asked for a quiet room away from the highway, but clerk said that system wouldn't let her because room was booked through Hotels.com. However, the clerk at check out disputed this and in fact had first asked me why I didn't request a new room (that's when I explained that I had). After my wife and I were awake for a long time and not being able to sleep due to noise, we gave up and checked out at 4:00 am- definitely not what I expected. This hotel is in dire need of soundproofing.

We love Hampton Inns. They do a nice job of updating their hotels. Staff is always friendly, check in and parking easy and rooms are big and comfortable. The fact that they are dog friendly is a super plus. We had a first floor room with a lake view and breakfast was good. Nice hotel

Staying here for overnight from a trip in Florida before heading homre. Staff were mean. The lady at the breakfast area shouted at me with people around the area. She should have been courteous and approached me and tell me not to bring a little dog in the dining area. I am not eating in the area, I was just getting a plate and to bring up in the room. If it was not allowed, it should not be pet friendly hotel. The lady in the desk wasn’t friendly enough either. There was no soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The bottles were empty.

Newly renovated. Excellent condition inside and out. Pet friendly. Couldn't have been happier. Even though next to the airport, couldn't hear it in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk person was very accommodating. I wanted a room near the elevators and she gave me the best one available. Also needed extra towels for my husband which she quickly gave me. The room was clean and room spacious with lots of wall hooks and counter space in bathroom. Only minor issues were (1) refrig. rocked as one foot was missing,(2) shower doors were not balanced ( leveled ) properly, so slid to one side if not completely shut. Great t.v size.

Facilities overall are good, upon check in the lady asked how much we paid through Expedia and then continued to tell us how much cheaper it would have been to book with Hilton directly. She also declined to apply our Hilton Honors number because we booked through Expedia. I felt it was a unfriendly welcome.
