This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had! My husband & I stayed for 3 nights. Service was phenomenal from every employee…seriously the kindest hospitality TEAM I’ve ever witnessed. I write team because whether it was at the reception desk, the housekeeping, maintenance, & dining room/kitchen staff…everyone worked like a team. No matter the time of day everyone was genuinely friendly and ready to help however they could. Breakfast was a little different every day and had a great selection of continental options, juices, & milk. From DIY breakfast burritos, traditional style breakfast items, hot & cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, guacamole, muffins, & breads. Very delicious! Our room was clean & quiet. The beds were very comfortable! 10/10 3-Night Stay! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again when visiting Savannah/Pooler

This was the most UN-Like - Hyatt I have ever stayed at - and I am a person who actually worked for Hyatt for many years - so I know the product. This hotel should NOT be called a Hyatt. The staff walked around like the 'night of the living dead'.....the shower was barely lukewarm - and the towels were old and scratchy.....the hotel did NOT have the wonderful Hyatt-Like comforters either and my daughter is allergic to feather pillows and that is ALL they had - the front desk said they would "check for us" and never followed back up. The breakfast was a joke. The only thing that is similiar to being a Hyatt here is the RATE I paid - I definitely paid a "Hyatt Rate" but it felt like I was staying at a Motel 6....Change your flag people!

We stopped in on our way home on Christmas Eve from our family vacation. The staff was so friendly. Everyone from when we checked in at the front desk to the breakfast attendant on Christmas morning. She was cheerful and insisted on taking our family picture in front of the tree. She went above and beyond what we’ve ever experienced at any other hotel chain. We had a very nice stay. Thank you!

The staff is friendly, parking is good and the location is great. The rooms are as pictured but the hotel and rooms felt dark and I prefer more light/open airy. For this reason I would not choose this particular hotel again.

Without exaggeration, it is the worst room I have ever slept in, the AC sounded as if it were going to come apart, the bathtub drain was clogged and the water did not drain, the tiles were loose, terrible experience.

Shower Gel was empty. Breakfast was awful. No eggs. Fruit was chopped up mandarins skin still on. A weird potato and chopped up sausage mixture. Greasy sausage. Waffles stacked up where the eggs would normally be.

This property is showing signs of wear - lamps are getting rusty, bathrooms have tired caulking. It is still a god value but not as nice as when I started staying there several years ago.

The front desk greeting lady was rude. She really should not be dealing with the public. She appeared to have a chip on her shoulder. Not a good greeting for the hotel. Rooms were not cleaned daily.

The hotel was in a really great location, when I arrived I was greeted kindly. The hotel room was nice nothing over the top that stood out. The door on the shower wouldn’t stay close which was horrible. The cleanness of the hotel was stander. Would I visit again probably not one of the reasons is when trying to check out the next morning I had to call the hotel to find the front desk worker. To be that’s ridiculous!

This is a very nice hotel. Ian at the desk was exceptionally helpful. Quick airport shuttle. Room nice, beds & pillows very comfortable. Pool area could use a little sprucing but was clean. Very close to the airport. Would stay again.

The staff was kind. It was welcoming and had fall decorations that also were welcoming. It was evident that the property was well managed. The only thing was the shower needed to have been cleaned from previous guest's hair and the shower needed scrubbing as it was becoming mildewed. Other than that, we would stay again.

The hotel itself was excellent. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was amazing and the lobby and eating areas were clean. My hotel room was ok, but the air conditioning unit was so loud that it made it hard to sleep since it was right in the same room. The cleaning staff left towels that were stained with lipstick twice and on the day I was leaving one of the cleaning staff walked in on me while I was dressing since there is no do not disturb signs! That was shocking since it was only 9:30 am and my check out time was 11:00 am! I am not so sure I would stay here again. Just an ok stay.

Unfortunately, the service was good but the cleanliness of the hotel room was not up to par. We found a tic on pillow case right before bed time. The couches had stains on them also. Needless to say we ended up leaving to head back home.

After having our flights cancelled, we needed to find an hotel. The Hyatt Place was very close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. Upon arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. They helped arrange a shuttle for the next morning and offered extra linens and restaurant suggestions unprompted. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The only downside is that there weren't a lot of dining options in the area...and none delivered. But otherwise, the stay was great.

This is our second overnight stay, both a quick stop on our way to Florida. Both times the staff (ALL) have been amazing. Friendly, asking if we needed anything at breakfast, so nice to our family. I will stay here every time we drive. I always enjoy my stay at Hyatt Place, but this one is a favorite. Breakfast was hot and delicious with a good variety of choices.
