Great location in Pooler. Really close to the airport and a ton of restaurants. The beds were VERY comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Also, I have to mention the service. The ladies that worked there were extremely nice and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Broken shower diverter valve resulted in little shower flow. Shower curtain rod was previously broken and sagged in the middle. Had to secure the curtain via a bolt at the end of the shower rod to keep one end closed. In room coffee maker leaked.

Pros: location convenient to I95, staff friendliness, checkin process Cons: musty room smell, bathroom detail in need of updates (molding, caulk, tile, rusty light fixtures bc fan barely worked).

Fast, easy checkin. Had a one night stay. Comfortable room overlooking golf course which depressed husband since we couldn't stay longer! Friendly staff.

Wonderful overnight stop. Free breakfast was really good - hot and prepacked items and a great variety. Made a waffle, delicious. We normally stay at a hotel around the corner but this might become a new favorite.

The room was ok. It was clean and everything worked. One bed was a little uncomfortable but not unbearable. We stayed 2 nights while visting family. So when we tried to return to our room one day the road was getting paved and we had to wait sometime to get back in but they have to keep thing up I just thought they could have done it later in the day maybe. Overall it was a good stay.

Excellent hotel everything about it was great. The staff were friendly everywhere is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good plenty of everything we couldn’t fault our stay. Close to 95 and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice, decent area with a comfortable bed, pillow and room. Decent breakfast and I was able to jump right back on 95. Parking was great & I was able to get a spot although I arrived at 12:30 am. I’d stay here again.

Spent the night as we were traveling through the area. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of space. Conveniently located near restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - fresh waffles, sausage, French toast sticks, and lots more to choose from.

Staying in Pooler was great for convenience. We had plenty of options for food and was a great stop when traveling. There was plenty of shopping as well, but we didn't stay but 1 night.

Facility was unkept but clean which means that the facility needed maintenance shower rods were hanging loose carpet is worn the electric doors don't work very well to the rooms takes multiple tries to gain entry

The sink was chipped and the taps at the sink were very corroded. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable, room was relatively quiet (could hear people around me some), and the a/c/heat worked well. The location is very nice, overlooking ponds & a golf club. It’s a 2 minute walk to Sam Snead’s for food.

Had trouble at check in person on duty called manager at on the phone she was nonchalant about the situation. On there end they charged me $102 and on my end they charged $163.13. Some people shouldn’t be in management if can’t understand just cause you are off don’t mean you off.

The rooms are outdated, you can hear every step a person take in the room above. I actually traveled alone and did not feel safe, I’m not sure if truckers, workers, stay there, but all night long people were knocking on the doors, back and fort, back and forth all night into the morning. I travel often and this is the first hotel I’ve been to that can not charge a bottle of water to the room. The day before the front desk attendant charged water and chips to the room with no problem.I waited 15 minutes at front desk because nobody was there, finally I had to walk in the back to get someone, and was told she probably in the restroom

Only two issues were the TV not working for almost a full day, and carpet appeared stained in a couple of spots. But overall, a good experience.

Terrible breakfast, dirty bathroom, rude receptionist, only one elevator working, TV only analog channels. It is obvious that the corporation is trying to cut corener wherever possible. Will not be back and do not recommend.
