Nagyon jól felszerelt. Kényelmesek az ágyak és az ágynemű. A szállásadó figyelmes: többféle kávé, tea. Jól felszerelt a konyha. Nagy a tér, modern a fürdőszoba.
A lakás egy nem használt irodaházban lehet, kicsit ijesztő. Főleg, hogy a lakás ajtaján nem egy nagy biztonságú zár van. De nem volt semmi probléma.

Na plus: wielkość lokalu (dobre miejsce dla 4 osob), lokalizacja pod względem komunikacji z miastem, wnętrze i wyposażenie. Na trasie do Chorwacji naprawdę dobra miejscówa. Blisko metro i sklepy.
Na minus: okolica, a w szczególności bezpośrednia okolica lokalu (człowiek ma wrażenie, że będzie głośno od rana z uwagi na przedsiębiorstwa przemysłowe w okolicy). Brak instrukcji do zamka/zacinający sie zamek i kiepskie wyciszenie drzwi wejściowych.
