The furniture is a bit dated and the carpet is overdue for a replacement.

The room size was fine , location good , the rooms are very dated so makes it look dirty
Front of house staff very dismissive, breakfast not worth the money same thing everyday day can’t eat the amount it costs so you feel cheated
