Location
Cement floors in the room. Very cold to walk on. They looked very dirty.

Location, staffing, housing and breakfast was all great. Valet service was quick and reasonably priced. Will definitely be staying there again.
I did have a booking error, where I was charged twice. However I don't blame them, I explained what had happened. They gave me a good reason as to why it happened. Unfortunate but acceptable. They refunded my money in the following days. Great service.
