The staff was lovely, and the overall experience was pleasant.
During the day the hallways are a bit too dark.

The location was great and the staff were amazing. I would stay there again.
It was in the city so you'd expect druggies around especially in the night snorting outside the hotel. However, the hotel staff came out to make sure we were safe. Got in really late around 2am plus.

Great location! Staff was super friendly, hotel accommodating, and the room was so nice.
Be prepared to pay for downtown parking. There is a public lot right next to the hotel if you’d prefer. Also, be prepared for downtown noises, though they provide you with ear plugs and a noise machine so that was a nice touch.

The location was excellent, the staff was great, and the beds were comfortable, but beyond this we can't recommend the Moxy and we would look to stay elsewhere for our next visit to Portland.
- Inability to adjust the lights individually (all on or all off)
- Thin walls so we could hear actual conversations, and the white noise machine felt like a poor compromise.
- No ability to make coffee or tea in the room.
- No blankets. Incentivizing guests to use heat seemed environmentally unsound.
- Virtually no furniture besides the bed. Rooms felt bare.
