The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very good. The linens and towels were nice. The rooftop bar was a nice experience. The atrium is a really pleasant and quiet space.
There was quite a bit of noise from the tram. Trying to valet park at check-in time was impossible because the roadway was blocked by cars waiting. No offer from bell staff to bring my bags up to reception or the room. The service and food at the Urban Farmer breakfast was underwhelming. The coffee was not great and it took 10 minutes and multiple asks to get some cream for the coffee (actually more like sour milk).

Location, security and decor. Comfort, view and accommodation.
Several things didnt go well the bathroom was not cleaned properly there was a mass of hair on the wall of shower and urine around the toilet. It wasnt clean. The restaurant charged me for a steak that wasnt cooked correctly, market price and sent food i did not order and charged me for it the amount for dinner was same as the stay itself. Very disappointing. I spoke to staff about it and they said they would compensate it and did not.
