We liked everything about the hi-lo! The staff were great the room was spacious and stunning & the location is right in downtown! Hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed while in Portland

Breakfast was good. Understaffed, only one person and he was new. So it was a bit slow.
The billing. Everyone in our party had at least one thing billed wrong. Our breakfast was not credited, clearly stated it would be and other charges were also wrong. It was cleared up, but an inconvenience to deal with.

The hotel was clean, pleasant ambiance and the staff was professional.
The property was excellent. The negative was the homeless people in the area.

Breakfast was pricey
There was a noise coming from one of the vents that kept me and my girl awake she ended up leaving to stay at her friends house. But room was really nice! They say thank you and put your name on the televisions i main screen which i thought was unique. Cool place all in all
