Good location for city exploring , cozy rooms and fun game room . Loved the happy hour beers nightly and wonderful helping staff.

The lobby area was comfortable and well decorated. The happy hour was pleasant. The staff was knowledgeable and more than helpful when we needed information or resources.
The in room refrigerator was hidden but convenient once we knew where to look.

Location
Service. There’s no housekeeping unless you’re staying there for at least 4 nights, so there was no emptying of the trash and recycling cans, no bed makeup, no fresh towels unless you ask for it, the coffee and creams were not refilled unless you requested them. In our case, the room felt old, the bathroom small, the nespresso machine was broken and no one came up to fix it even though I requested it. This hotel doesn’t deserve its 4 stars. Very disappointed!
