Lack of breakfast options
Room only refreshed every 3-4th day
Had to ask for toilet paper when needed as never topped up automatically
Have to ask for kettle for room (not left in room as you would expect during a stay)
Had to ask to top up coffee/sugar etc as never topped up during stay
Issues with broken items in room including toilet/hairdryer and kettle when requested one
Staff friendly and tried to resolve when raised
