Sapa Retreat Condotel is a great place to stay in Sapa. The location is ideal: very close to the centre and everything you need, but far enough away that it doesn’t feel too busy or noisy. The views of the mountains are absolutely amazing!
The accommodation was clean, and the laundry service was excellent value at 60,000 dong per kg. Our clothes came back smelling amazing, which was a lovely bonus.
The only downside was that the towels were a little rough.

Superb staffs very accomodating and helpful. Excellent location and good value for money.
No elevator but not so big deal. The staffs will help with the luggage.

Good location, incredible view, spacious rooms.
The property itself isn’t super well kept, the rooms were clean. But there seems to be a lot of unfinished things. There are so many stairs. Breakfast was very modest with extremely short hours (only 6:30am-8:30am). There was a 10% charge for using a credit card to pay for the room which is the highest I’ve ever seen, and not communicated beforehand. Overall, there are better, nicer properties nearby for the same price point or slightly higher. I just expected more for how much we paid.
