About this house rental
Located in Flagstaff, this charming house for $150 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Relax and unwind at this perfectly located pet-friendly townhouse on the greens of Country Club golf course. Dining at the popular Oakmont restaurant is a short walk from the townhouse. The spacious deck affords unobstructed views of Mount Elden and the fairway. The townhouse is a short 7-minute drive to downtown Flagstaff for dining and entertainment. This is a perfect spot for day excursions to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Please note Club facilities use is only available to guests who pay a use transfer fee. Transfer fee amount is one time $150 plus one time $25 per person for card printing. Pet fee(dogs only)— $25 for one dog, $30 for two. Two well-behaved dogs max.

This house was the perfect home base for our National Park adventures. Plenty of space for five teenagers/adults, with a well equipped kitchen for making meals and a great location. We really enjoyed our stay.

The townhouse was clean, stocked with anything you will ever need and the beds were amazing. The two bedrooms are on the lower level and have memory foam toppers. I have a topper on my bed at home so it was great to not wake up hurting. The owners picked up right away when I called for a quick question. I would rent this unit again.

We had a great stay. The home is spacious, comfortable and on a lovely golf course.
We enjoyed having our morning breakfast on the porch overlooking the golf course. The home had everything we needed for a great stay.

House was clean and fully appointed. Great Neiborhood with back porch golf course view. If you site out in the morning you might see the neighbor's cat roam the green looking for a rub. Or you could watch an Osprey dive the pond for a fish.

The property was nice, quiet, private, spacious and for the most part, nicely appointed. I would have have appreciated boxes of facial tissue as well as washcloths in the bathrooms, and more accurate instructions for the living area TV would have been helpful. We do like to keep up with the news when we travel. Overall, we were happy with the accommodations and would recommend this place to others.

This rental was perfect for oir family getaway. Snow hills right out the back patio to play with the kiddos. They also loved the upstairs loft all to themselves. The host was also wonderful and fairly quick responding while we were at the rental as well. We would definitely stay again!

Property is exactly as advertised. 3 separate rooms plus a daybed that is super comfy. This place has everything you could need in the kitchen, lots of towels and blankets and a cozy fireplace. Lots of parking. Such a cute spot

Nice house at a beautiful neighborhood. You can walk straight to the golf course from the backyard patio and the view is amazing. AC is a little loud though. The bear paw activity center within the community is a must go. Our kids had a a lot fun with the pool table and game room.

We love this place! Truly a gem and perfect of our needs. We have been renting here for years (even from previous owner) and we always enjoy our stay. It is very clean and comfortable especially the beds which is important. The location is great too. We like that it is just away from town but still a quick drive when we go. The view out of the back slider is our favorite. Thanks again Erin!

We were in town for a wedding and found this place that was close to the wedding venue. It was just as described, perfect for our small group. The only negative thing we had was that the sprinklers were going off right in front of our place at like 9 am, which made for an obstacle course to get to our car. The sprinklers won and we got wet, but it was fun and we just laughed about it and dried off on our trip to town, lol!

Amazing
We reserved this home for Christmas eve and the property was exactly as listed and honestly even better. There was more than enough room, the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials. The back area and patio were enjoyable and seeing the geese by the pond was such a beautiful view especially since it snowed. Erin was easy to communicate with. Also so happy we were able two bring our two small dogs with us! My family and myself agreed we would attempt to book every year for Christmas eve!

Cozy space and great location.
We have a great stay in this inviting clean and cozy space. The kids loved the loft and it was perfect for them. We loved the board and card games and spent a good amount of time playing them. The only thing I would say could be improved is the need for a bigger nightstand for the smaller bedroom downstairs. The house was well equipped and had everything you could possibly need.

Townhouse with beautiful views
View outside sliding glass doors and backyard is amazing. Communication with property owners was easy. The townhouse is very plentiful in accommodations and you have everything you need to enjoy your stay (in the kitchen to cook your meals; supplies for kitchen and bathrooms were plentiful, etc.) We needed one item fixed and the owner replied immediately and rendered the repair immediately. Very kind! Would definitely recommend to rent and would be happy to stay here again when we return to Flagstaff area.

The Oakmont place condo was in a very good location and easy to get to. It was a bit outdated as there were only 2 outlets in each bedroom and all 4 plug-ins were used for table lamps and TV's. The mattress I slept on was very uncomfortable (too soft and lumpy). The kitchen was very well stocked and had all the appliances we needed.

Great Stay
This was a great location for our recent stay in Flagstaff. Great location to visit the Grand Canyon and downtown Flagstaff. The property was very clean and comfortable. The views were gorgeous. The loft has a low ceiling to enter, but it was perfect for the kids.

We all enjoyed our stay at this location in Flagstaff while we visited Winslow and Seligman on Route 66. It was comfortable for the 4 of us. The house had the amenities we needed.
