Good location and great natural hot springs.

It is a little difficult to understand that many restrictions have been placed on the thermal pool that is exclusively for guests, and the one that is open to people who go only for the day is completely open and without any restrictions. Just to name a few things, the guest pool has nets around it to prevent people from jumping in. In the same way, it is not possible to consume liquids near the pool; you can not even have them inside those nets. However, when going to the pool, where people can pay to stay during the day and not sleep in the hotel, this does not have nets, and people drink all kinds of drinks even while inside the pool. The one for guests of the hotels should be more open and free than the other one. The nets actually make looks the place not so beautiful.

The natural hot springs water

staffing always have a bad attitude services. Food at restaurant was limited and take a long time to place your order, due the bad attitude of the staff. Bar was very limited on their drinks and makes you feel they don’t want to sell beverages.

We liked the service and the pools

The main road to reach there it was in a really poor conditions and if it rains it make it very difficult to arrive to the destination. The room for four people is very small. Even tho we were only 3 we felt it was overrated. Is understandable that the don’t have wifi due to the total is located between the nature but it should be a way to have internet in the place

The Termales (pool) were clean and warm. The staff were friendly and really nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was very good with good prices.
