La ubicación, la atención, el desayuno, la disponibilidad del parqueo
Entendiendo que es una casona de más de 100 años, las remodelaciones son necesarias. Los baños están ya muy viejos, los sanitarios generan olores aunque se encuentren limpios. Los colchones son duros. Se debe remodelar los baños con urgencia

La ubicación, a una cuadra del parque principal, el hotel muy bonito, muy cuidado. La amabilidad del señor Jaime y demás personal; siempre atentos a atender cualquier necesidad y requerimiento.

Es un hotel con instalciones antiquisimas, no reciben pagos con tarjeta solo efectivo, Nequi o Daviplata. Lllevar una mascota pequeña cobran $30.000 aun cuando llevamos su propia cama.
