The property is located within walking distance to the train station and all the main tourist attractions and is set within a quiet residential area with a large beautiful landscaped gardens where you can relax on loungers after a long day of exploring. The property itself and our bedroom were beautifully decorated in a true venetiation style and gave a luxury boutique feel. The room was cleaned daily with a fresh bouquet of flowers left in our room with a note wishing us a lovely stay in Venice. Luana was a very welcoming and kind host and even created a personalised itinery for us and recommened the best gondola routes and even provided complimentary breakfast which was all local produce and homemade! Luana also made our stay extra special as she gifted my mum a beautiful handmade necklace for her birthday. I would recommend staying here if you want a luxury 'home away from home' feel - I can't wait to return again!! :)

Cinqueteste is truly an oasis within Venice.. it’s simply the best. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts Louane and Norberto as we entered the gates into the beautiful gardens, who immediately made sure we were comforted after our long trip and arrival. We were given very informative instructions by Louane on how to enjoy our stay and were given details of some important local locations that should not be missed in our time in Venice, even highlighting them on a map.. Our hosts paid a lot of attention to our comfort and satisfaction, in fact, the whole team did, the staff kept us stocked with supplies, water and other things, and took great care of us at breakfast times.. Norberto shared some books about the history of Cinqueteste and also the Carnevale, amidst his maintaining of the property. After2 magical nights stay, we were very sad to leave, but already informed the owners that we will return as we cannot fathom anywhere as good as Cinqueteste for a stay in Venice.. Accommodation is only 7 minutes from the central train station, 6 minutes from the nearest Gondola, and surrounded by some good restaurants.. The owners are incredibly warm and caring, they know Venice very well, and businesses know and revere them, we found from our experience.
