So cozy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was decorated beautifully and felt more like a home. We loved the beautiful courtyard area. It's a little further away from some of the main attractions which adds to travel time but the area is lovely and more peaceful so if you are looking for a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of a long day, this is the perfect place.
The only thing that might be a drawback is that its a little further off the main tourist area but we liked the fact that it was quieter and more peaceful.

The coffee service was excellent. I loved the charming courtyards and the hotel cats. The concierge was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Very very clean. Very helpful and polite stuff. Very beautiful room.
The room and the shower was a bit small but it's not a big problem.
